Hey
It's time to relax
And let go of the day
It's time to let that tension
All slip away
Give thanks for the good things
Let go of the trouble
And float off to sleep
In a calm protective bubble
So
You've passed another day through now
And it's time to lay down and let it all go
It's not always easy falling off to sleep
And drifting on clouds of pleasant dreams
So lets see what we can do about that, huh?
Firstly lets have a quick mental review of your day
Working backwards through the day perhaps
What were you doing just before bed?
And before that?
Just let you mind drift whilst I utter these words
You can recall the meals you ate
The places you went to
The things you achieved
The people you spoke to
Allow it all to float through your mind now
Acknowledge all of it
and then allow it to pass on it's way
It's also worth considering your plans for tomorrow
Is it a busy or stressful day?
Or is it going to be quiet and uneventful?
Again - simply acknowledge it and resolve that, either way
It will be a good day
You will wake having rested well
And you will achieve all that you need to
Just relax and breath deeply
As you breath in
Smile gently to yourself
As you breath out
Just allow all the tension in your body to drop away
Let all your muscles go as soft as you can
If there are any particular areas of tension
Take note of them and if necessary
Give yourself a gentle soothing rub on the area and allow it to release
Let calming energy flow around your body, focusing on the sound of my voice, your breathing and your heartbeat
Breath in and smile
Now breath out and relax
Just keep that pattern going whilst I take you on a little journey
Imagine you are on a beach
And the sun is setting
It is cool
But the sun as it drops below the horizon is warm as it lingers on you
You are with a loved one
Be it a friend
A family member
Or your lover
Whoever you want to imagine you can, but you are not alone
The two of you do not speak
But there is closeness and a connection between you
You lay silently
Listening to the sound of the waves
Cresting and crashing gently
Onto the shore line
There is a small camp-fire just a little way in front of you
The crackling and popping giving you comfort
The warm orange glow in the now dark skies is pleasing and leaves you feeling content
You lay down next to your loved one
Arms around each other
All cradled and safe
Looking up at the sky
The moon gently illuminates and reminds you of the cycles that we all go through
The rightness of the universe
How everything has it's time and place
And right now is the time for deep slumber
And the release of tension
Just relax and continue to breath slowly and evenly
The stars twinkle in the sky above you
And as you close your eyes they begin to look blurry
Each one a tiny little wish
Sent your way for peace this night
Gradually you start to not see anything any more, as your eyes close completely
The sounds recede into the distance and slowly and contentedly
You drift off to sleep
Just relax, just relax now
Relax
It is as if the very Earth herself is now wrapped around you
Cocooned in safety and loved
You are loved good soul
You are loved and cherished
Just relax
Just relax and let everything drift away
Relax
And sleep well

There's a burst of energy through the stillness. The rocks hang as a world broken and fallen to ruin, but one thing keeps in motion. Defiant to the end.
It's a half-finished arc, then a stab, a half-finished arc, then a stab. The scythe whips through the air like an instrument of malice, only to keep a life alive.
He's but a boy, a child in a man's shadowy form. His eyes aren't of death, or divorce, or disease, but of pure emptiness. He's grasping at life, but can't hold on by himself.

There is something unique
about the smell of a book.
An ancient tome yellowed
by old age may assault some,
but perhaps to the daring reader
the smell of dust is a sure sign
of a great find and not a foreboding at all.
What ancient mysteries might be found within?
And then there’s the scent of
a fresh new book with crisp pages.
Something about it is welcoming
and inviting to the eager reader.
Perhaps the pages smell of a new
and sensational adventure to embark on.
What new discoveries are to be made?
Or perhaps I sniff books too often.
I suppose it may be a habit,
but I do not think
that I will stop.

so someone said my voice made them sleepy - and I also knew they don't always sleep easily. So I did a thing. I don't know if it will help anyone at all, but I hope so. I posted the text above, but really it's more about the audio recording below. It might even be considered asmr, I don't know.

I usually don't sleep that fast.. Different memories (bad and good )hit me and don't want to let me gooo!!!It's actually really annoying!I think it'll help ..!!!I'll definitely try your advices!!!I'm sorry to comment this late but I haven't logged in in ages!!
